The Baltimore Community Mediation Center is dedicated to free mediation services in Baltimore. Thanks to the partnerships we have established over the last two decades and our corps of professionally-trained volunteer mediators, we are able to provide this valuable community resource 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week at over 130 locations in the city.

Through this app, we offer a variety of services:

MEDIATION:

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which a neutral mediator helps people find a win-win solution to their conflict.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION EDUCATION:

CM offers intensive conflict resolution training for non-profits, community groups, government agencies and religious groups. Our training is fun, interactive and challenging and is offered at affordable rates. Please call today to design a training package between 2 and 50 hours for your staff.

INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM FACILITATION:

We offer free facilitation for IEP meetings. Trained facilitators will be a confidential and neutral presence in the room. We make sure the focus stays on the student, we make sure everyone in the room is heard, we help resolve disagreements and we help to ensure positive working relationships are maintained between parents and school staff.
